The Church has worked with Motivation Romania for many years. Their ability to provide wheelchairs for the people of Romania is impressive. Working with their leaders has been one of the highlights of our mission. We recently provided funds for them to purchase a van. Members of their team repurposed a physical therapy table into a mobile workshop table.
We brought Tibi Vancsa from the District Presidency and he was happy to participate in the first workshop.
A young girl came to the workshop to receive her first wheelchair. Her parents brought her in a small stroller and within an hour she was wheeling around with a huge smile on her face.
What a huge difference the right chair makes. At 12, independence is life itself.
